Su Casa in Sinclair

Ok, so we are missing some of the ambiance of the dining room, where Dad comes out of the kitchen to ask if you liked you lunch. But the food is every bit as good as ever. Since we are all going to be doing Dashboard Dining for a while be sure to pull off I80 in Sinclair, and hit Su Casa.

Su Casa is always good. It can be a little bit of a wait when they're busy but it's worth it. They serve their salsa up warm instead of cold which is a different twist. I love the steak tacos and chili rellenos smothered in green.

They have always had great food and service. Their wait staff are always so helpful and friendly no matter how busy they are. Their cooks put out the best Mexican food ever. John and Naomi have given their heart to their business and it shows.

There is a tremendous variety of authentic Mexican cuisine. The family owned and run cafe serves as a staff that is both friendly and inviting. There is sometimes a wait, but it is so worth it. The food is delicious and affordable.

Had only heard the name mentioned on Facebook and was traveling through the area over the weekend. Charming ambiance and the food and service were top notch. 5 stars! Highly recommended!

This place is incredible!!! I had the special of the day, which was a beef enchilada, tamale, and bean burrito smothered with a couple different sauces. One of the sauces was their green chili. This green chili was the perfect blend of flavor with the right amount of spiciness. Mom had the shrimp fajitas and I believe that they were the best fajitas I have ever had the pleasure of trying (she let me try a couple of shrimp). If you are traveling through Wyoming and going by Sinclair and you are hungry...STOP here and eat. You will not be disappointed. They do get busy and you might have to wait or even share a table with others. But for food this YUMMY 😋 who cares!!!!

We were recommended to try this restaurant from someone we met in Laramie, WY (about an hour away). I had the Su Casa taco with green sauce. It was amazing! The green sauce is not like what you get in NM or AZ but still very good. The stuffed sopaipillas were fantastic as well. A must stop when around Rawlins or Sinclair.

Their food is amazing. Period. The staff are always friendly and polite despite always being busy. One of our families favorite places to eat!!

So amazingly good home made authentic food! I've been all over America including New Mexico, Texas and California and this little place is top shelf. Best this side of the border, you will not be disappointed! Try to call ahead though as its super busy most of the time.

This is the best Mexican food in Carbon County. There is wide range of food to pick from on their menu. Quick but good service from the staff. You have to try it at least once.

The menu has a large selection not only of traditional Mexican cuisine but also American cuisine. The food is excellent. The service is friendly. Great family owned and operated business.

Not impressed, for those of you that like this place you must not have been to any other Mexican food restaurants it is as bad as it gets.

First time here was really nice. Host was awesome. And I gotta say the food was amazing. The place was really clean. Even my baby loved it. I would recommend if anyone traveling through Wyoming make a stop at Su Casa Cafe and you would feel right at home.

For the Mexican gourmand, this is a must. The green chili seriously tops Hatch. Born and raised in New Mexico and traveling throughout the west, I came to appreciate and seek out chili with rich taste and a bite!! Hatch has been the king until now. The Su Casa chili relleno is truly the best I have EVER had, and all the food tasted was flavorful and left you wanting more......if only the was room left in the stomach, as serving size is generous. The restaurant is small and an option to share a family style table to shorten wait time is available but not necessary. Service is quick once seated and servers are very pleasant despite the fast pace and large volume of customers. If you love Mexican food find this place, and try it out. Take the relleno challenge and send out your thoughts.

Growing up in Rawlins, Su Casa was just a way of life. Now each time I come back to visit, I ensure i stop at least once. This trip I got to stop twice. Monica and Krystal were great, very friendly and the sopapillas were just as amazing as ever. If you pass Sinclair, you must stop for Su Casa!

Great food. Carne Asada is outstanding. Make sure if you are in town or driving throughon a Tuesday you go for pork Tuesdays. You won't regret it!

This place started my green Chile smothered burrito addiction over 20 years ago and it's still fantastic.

Not bad. Definitely almerican style mexican food. Bieng from el paso i had a feeling it was not authentic. But for a quick bite to eat its not too bad. Shout out to my girl from las cruses!

Great food and fair prices.

I have never eaten more delicious cuisine from anywhere else. And that includes high end joints that have that air of pomp if you know what I'm getting at.

My dad and I were first surprised by the quality of the salsa and chips. Both made in-house and tasted freshly made and warm. Then we ordered a chimichanga and a taco salad and both were exceptional in quality, texture and taste. Our waitress was attractive and friendly and the atmosphere was of a family owned and run business. I rate this restaurant 5 stars and would come again if we were to travel through here sometime in the future.

The food is so good I could cry

If you're traveling and don't have much time, don't pick this restaurant. We went here on our way to Denver to catch our flight. It was around 1:30 pm and we asked them how long would it take to give us a table and they said 20 min. We waited 45 min! We asked several times when they were going to give us a table and every time they said in a couple of minutes. We were about to leave that they finally gave us a table. We had to eat quickly and leave. They're either very dishonest or poor in estimating the time.

Excellent food for the price, and warm inviting atmosphere. It's never not busy at su casa. Worth the wait and trip.
